"This is a party hotel. If you are looking for peace and quiet, go somewhere else. The people in the next room were hollering and partying at all hours of the day and night. I could also smell their marijuana. The food: Although I prefer the buffet because one can try different things, the quality of the food is not great. Furthermore, the view of "el arco" is spectacular but this time there were multiple cruise ships parked right in front of it. "

"Pros: Rooms were very spacious and clean all the time. The entire staff we dealt with were second to none. Cons: Food- 95% buffet and all of the restaurants served the same food, every single night. Very little taste to anything outside of the easy taco. We finally left the property to have dinner one night because we could not handle the same things another night. Pool side service- There is none so expect to wait on yourself. Overall the resort is really big with a lot of people, so if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation this is not your resort. Our entire family said we would not go back because of the food, size and crowds. Like I said the staff was amazing and the room was always clean. "

"We had a disturbing experience here. On our last day, apparently while we were at dinner but well after the cleaners had been there, a staff member entered our room and changed the password on our room safe. We had already packed for the night and had closed the closet, so we did not notice until we went to retrieve our passports from the safe in the morning. We notified the front desk and they said "you forgot your password, the manager is the only one that can open it and she gets in at 8:00 AM". We did not forget the password. There was a note from staff on the safe that they had changed the password "because it had been left open". We had pre-arranged transportation to the airport leaving at 7:00 AM, so we had to pay another $110 for a ride to the airport after they finally got it open. This is not a trustworthy establishment. As for the rest of my review, the food was mediocre, the drinks were watered down and had a fake chemical taste, the beers on tap had a sour taste, the floor tiles throughout the resort were treacherously wet and slippery, and the rooms were not regularly cleaned. "

"Gorgeous rooms, balcony and contents spacious and tranquil, comfy bed, beautiful and spacious washrooms. Pool staff are exceptional, friendly and accommodating. Front desk and breakfast staff at Ledge were not as polite or friendly as the pool staff. "
