"The balcony facing the sea was the huge bonus for me. That was why I chose Las Gaviotas. As a solo traveler I did not need the large space. The apartment is very large with large balcony also. Perfect for families, or 2 couples as it offers each a bedroom and each their own bath plus kitchen. Location steps to Malecon, restaurants, cafes, grocery. And quiet for sleeping.
