"You cannot find a better location close to the surf. From our balcony we could check out the surf. Breakfast was included every morning. The room had a small kitchen, microwave, full fridge and a comfortable mattress. Parking was right out front. Try staying on the lower floors as this place has a lot of stairs and the restaurant bar and pool are at the top. If you need to rent boards or umbrellas and beach chairs see Chui just out front. "Limpio y excelente ubicación, cuentan con restaurante-bar, el area común de la alberca muy linda, perooo la presión de agua es deficiente, sale muy poca agua de la regadera, para utilizar agua caliente tuve que esperar casi 30 minutos con la llave abierta, un desperdicio de agua. No había TV en la habitación a pesar de que se especificaba que sí."

All the staff were incredible and we loved the attached coffee shop where we enjoyed fresh mango bread, killer lattes and ping pong every morning. On Sunday night, there was even a tango lesson class on property! We loved the location.. just a quick 5 min stroll to the beach. Loved Los Cerritos... Great, small slow beach town. Gorgeous property and the most amazing staff"

"Staff was extremely kind, helpful and very responsive. Any requests was fulfilled immediately and we only had to send a quick WhatsApp text to have a cab called and arrive within 10-15 min. "Stayed at this condo and it wasn’t what I expected. The property managers keep two large dogs that bark frequently, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the manager (Nick) took loud conference calls outside that echoed through the unit. Towels smelled musty and there was no bottled water available. If you book here, be prepared to rough it. I booked a ride through Erin and was overcharged by 64.00 and her response was not helpful at all and told me to...

"The location is incredible and there is a wonderful pool, super comfy bed and great views. The property is still being built so our unit was missing a few things from the photos: no TV (not a big deal for us), no table, no door on the bathroom/toilet area or shower. I was traveling with my spouse, so not a big deal, but this would have been awkward with our kids. Lower units appear to be featured in the photos. We’d return and ask about which unit and its completeness. "
