Cleanliness, location, views, and friendly staff are definite positives. The morning buffet is very good, but the buffet isn’t open three times a day. Food options overall are limited, and after 10:30 PM all food outlets close. Getting food often requires walking all the way to the beach side, while most dining is on the 7th floor—great city and marina views, but not very convenient. Nighttime activities are minimal: only one pool table in Whale Watchers Club on 8th or 9th, no table games, and limited entertainment. The performance stage is very small. The lobby feels dead most of the time and lacks basic amenities—no washrooms, no coffee, and no snack options. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and this one falls short when it comes to food availability and evening atmosphere.

Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Yuki was the highlight of our trip! we came to all the shows because of her and she went above and beyond to make restaurant reservations for us off the resort.

We had a great time at Finisterra. The hotel is in great location, spotlessly clean, the grounds are beautiful, the food is good (mainly à la carte but no reservations required) and the staff are very courteous and friendly. The rooms we had were a little dated but huge and very clean and comfortable. We overlooked the pool. The sunsets on the beach and spotting whales were a highlight but we enjoyed the pools in the day with great poolside bar service and plenty of loungers. The only small negative was the food choices at lunch. The pizza/sushi poolside were delicious but took a long time (the staff were working tirelessly - not their fault) and the lunch restaurant was quite slow. Also, it was nice to be able to play but the pickleball nets need replacing. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are very outdated and seemed like they are molded. But the staff did. Good job in cleaning every day. It’s time to upgrade the rooms!!!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful Christmas family getaway at this all-inclusive resort in Los Cabos. Our daughter had a blast with the pools and the variety of organized activities, such as making keychains, decorating cupcakes, and painting Christmas trees and T-shirts. The food variety was great, including the sushi bar, the Italian restaurant, and the buffet. The nightly entertainment and special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day events were truly top-notch, and we were so touched that the staff provided a birthday cake for my wife’s celebration. We did experience a few minor maintenance issues, including one night without hot water and our bath soap bottle being empty/not replenished on Christmas Eve. We also dealt with some mosquitoes in the room, which may be typical for the area, but worth noting for future guests.

We visited Cabo for the first time with our family of four, and it was the best resort we’ve stayed at in all our travels so far. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking. The location was outstanding—just across the street from the marina. We stayed in a junior suite overlooking the pool, and the room was luxurious. It will definitely be hard to beat this resort for the price and amenities. The food was fantastic as well. They offer four sit-down restaurants, though I hope they consider adding a high-end Japanese or Asian restaurant with sushi in the future. All in all, it’s a great place for families to visit.

Great all inclusive experience. My only suggestion is to offer a mix of firm and soft pillows. The firm pillows provided did aggravate my neck. Everything else perfect.

Room spotless, staff curtious, restaurants/food aboveboard. Shows/evening entertainment vibrant &superb! The Marina, downtown, public beaches all within the convenience of walking distance from the resort. Beautiful resort nestled within the rocks of Cabo, Pacific Ocean lining the coast behind the pools. Rooms overlooking the busy Marina, with Oceanliners docked outside the Bay Area. This place was wonderful! Food was exceptional, staff great and the drinks were actually drinks at the pool! The only complaint I could have is all the steps to get to our room, but I survived :)

Clean place, nice facilities, plenty of things to in the resort and around the resort. Great staff and great view’s. Only thing reason for the 4 star. I thought the food could be better. In all reality I would rate 4.5

Great resort! Hotel transportation was on time, clean & friendly driver. At chk in offered us mimosas/beer. Lobby was decorated pretty for Xmas. Rooms weren't ready when we got there b4 chk in time but they gave us wristbands to use resort amenities so bring clothes to change into to use the pools. Resort view & ocean view are in the main lobby building & closest to the pools and beach, w/resort view still facing the ocean but on 1st floor. Marina view has upgraded rooms, w/big walk in showers with a waterfall showerhead. All rooms had balconies w/great views, all came with mini fridges filled w/free beer/soda, water bottle dispensers. Room service was good, available 24 hrs & free. Entertainment/activities every day & night. Location is great, about 15-20 min walk to downtown. Can't swim in the ocean but it was beautiful just sitting there with loungers, hammocks, shade huts to relax at w/waiters coming by. Loved the swim up pool bar. All friendly staff, no pushy sales people. Massage was wonderful by Malu, good priced for a hotel spa. Had a medical emergency & hotel helped promptly and got us an ambulance. Only complaint, desk agent called us for a noise complaint but we were sleeping, he was rude, not like all of the other staff who were wonderful. The food was ok, but we found stuff we liked, it's included so we knew it wouldn't be great. Breakfast buffet the best food there. Would come again!

We paid for a junior suit. The bathrooms were in an awful shape. There was smell of sewage. The waters were backing up both in shower and sink. Awful, awful awful. we asked for a different room and so after a lot of back and forth, we moved to a smaller room without ocean view and charged us for the junior suit room. As for food, this place has 4 resturants. The only buffet at this place is breakfast. The only lunch place is at the pool. The dinner was better as you get more options.

The room was great and the property well-maintained. The food was good and the staff was nice. The only concern I had was my flight was delayed for two days and I notified the resort. They would not refund me the two day difference or extend my stay for two days.
