"Experiência maravilhosa. Serviço excelente, repleto de cuidados e mimos. Quartos amplos e bem decorados. Coincidentemente nos hospedamos na semana de comemoração do Dia dos Namorados onde tivemos o prazer de desfrutar de um jantar romântico regado a muitas petaladas de rosas e vela, musica ao vivo de primeira categoria e show de fogos. Único ponto negativo foi de não nos atentarmos sobre a existência do LA BOTICA Piano Bar. Somente descobrimos na última noite da nossa estadia onde não pudemos...

"My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week. This is a smart idea. Betzaida kept our 2 bedroom apartment emmaculate. She even made towel toys for my grandson."

"The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. "

"The facility was in a great location and had a beautiful view from the property, I would be willing to stay there again, but I will say that the fee structure isn’t very transparent- just about everything from adding a drink from the poolside bar to using any of the amenities came with surprise fees at checkout"
