My family with 2 grade school kids loved our stay in the Love Triangle. 242 stairs from the pool. Keep that in mind. All the privacy, all the essentials included, great a/c to cool down. Everything was clean. A WhatsApp group was created as a concierge service. The property is kind of a trek from the main road, and trikes can only get to the security before you can walk up or get picked up by their free shuttle. They do have a shuttle that takes you to Corong corong beach or el nido town. Breakfast was incredible every day. The infinity pool has a gorgeous view of corong corong beach. If you want private, with gorgeous views this is the place.

The location was great. However they double booked our room! We reserved the pyramid, and 30 min away from the property I get a phone call saying that my room was not avaliable. They upgraded to a villa for the 1st night which was excellent but the next two days we got stuck with an apartment which was really nothing special. The whole Idea for staying here was for a new experience, so ending up in an apartment was very disappointing.

Overall it was a beautiful place, but the wifi did not work well in the honey trap which would have been okay if the phone lines worked, but they were also running on the wifi so they also did not work and the only way to communicate was through Whatsapp (which required wifi). It was a bit frustrating on the first day. Then our passports and money was locked in the safe because the password did not work and we had to wait until the following morning to have someone come fix it. Miraculously it opened the next morning using the same password, but then again it stopped working so we just decided to be safe and not use the safe. But aside from those issues the staff service and friendliness was wonderful! I also had an in room massage and she was AMAZING. The overall experience was exceptional!!

Our stay at the La Dolce Vita room at Glamping at Karuna was an absolute dream and the highlight of our trip! The service was truly world-class; every staff member went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well-taken care of. We were particularly impressed by the complimentary breakfast, which was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to our mornings. The room itself offered a beautiful, serene atmosphere that perfectly balanced luxury with the beauty of nature. One of the best perks was the seamless transportation into town. Having a tricycle service readily available for trips to and from the town center made exploring local shops and restaurants incredibly easy and stress-free. You get the peace and privacy of a secluded retreat without ever feeling disconnected. If you are looking for "the sweet life," this is exactly where you’ll find it—we cannot recommend Karuna highly enough!

Not senior nor kids friendly! Poor service. We made arrangements with management to drop us at 4am just down the ground since it will take 30 minutes walk down from our rooms with our luggages. The driver of their service won’t wake up. One of their guys woke up but can’t drive luckily my nephew drove their service van & took us down the mountain. If not we would miss our transfer car the airport & miss our plane.

What can I say? El Nido was the last leg of our honeymoon trip and I’m so glad we saved the best for last!!! Glamping at Karuna was awesome! I booked the Jungle Lodge for the cool theme and the beautiful view (especially the sunsets) just right outside the porch area! The staff were super friendly and were attentive to all our needs. The free shuttle service into town was huge as we used it often! The infinity pool next to the bar was a great touch! The free breakfast was good. And they offered a romantic sunset dinner setup with complimentary wine and cake!!! My wife and I loved the setup! We cannot thank Karuna enough for making our honeymoon unforgettable! The only thing to be aware of is all the immersive animal sounds and noises of the jungle, and the bugs of course. But it comes with the territory. Only tip to Karuna, is to expand the shower and use a less complicated shower system for the jungle lodge. Overall no big deal! We LOVED our stay and can not wait to try a different theme when we come back!!! Highly recommend!

We stayed here for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. There was a lot of mold in the room, and the air conditioning was turned off for several hours in the middle of the night, causing us to wake up hot and sweaty. We slept extremely poorly every night. The staff kept forgetting about us — this happened repeatedly when we ordered food (for every meal, even though we ate all our meals there), requested transportation, and asked for cleaning. Overall, the place felt damp and neglected, and the service was consistently poor. I do not recommend staying here. Can not understand the high rating it has gotten here.

This is a good option for people looking for something different from a regular hotel! We stayed in the dome, which was beautiful. The staff were very attentive and helpful in booking our transportation, including a last minute bus ride to Puerto Princessa due to Typhoon Tino. There is a free shuttle to the town and beach, which was a nice perk. My only complaint was all the additional charges. We were only provided one towel for each person staying in the room, and no hand towel or bathroom floor towel. When we asked for additional towels, we were told it would be an extra charge. There was also an extra charge for an additional comforter and for early check-in, even though our room was clearly ready.

We had a nice stay at Glamping, the room was lovely and had beautiful views. However, the hospitality from the ladies at the front office left much to be desired. The restaurant staff was great, as was the food. And we liked that there was a free shuttle to town. Also, the ladies at the spa gave wonderful massages!
