Wir haben über Expedia vier Nächte gebucht. Positiv war lediglich, dass das Zimmer grundsätzlich sauber war und die Lage des Hotels sehr gut war. Negativ fiel auf, dass sich extrem viele Mücken im Zimmer befanden. In einem Land mit Dengue-Risiko hätten zumindest ein Moskitonetz oder Insektenspray bereitgestellt werden müssen. Auch das Personal wirkte wenig professionell: Toilettenpapier wurde trotz Bedarf nicht nachgefüllt, der Check-in verlief ohne Begrüßung, und der Reisepass meines Mannes wurde erst auf Nachfrage kontrolliert. Am dritten Abend erhielten wir während einer Massage zahlreiche verpasste Anrufe sowie die Nachricht, wir müssten das Zimmer sofort verlassen, da das Hotel überbucht sei und ein anderer Gast warte. Ohne Vorwarnung aus einem gebuchten Zimmer gebeten zu werden, haben wir in über zehn Jahren Reisetätigkeit noch nie erlebt. Zwar wurde eine Erstattung des Preises zugesichert, jedoch war die Stadt ausgebucht und es für uns unmöglich, so kurzfristig ein neues Hotel zu finden. Unterstützung durch das Hotel bei der Suche nach einer neuen Unterkunft beschränkte sich auf die Suche auf einer Buchungsplattform – ohne Ergebnis. Aus unserer Sicht handelt es sich hier um ein klares Missmanagement. Eine Überbuchung sollte deutlich früher auffallen und professionell gelöst werden. Stattdessen mussten wir die Situation selbst klären. Unterstützung oder echtes Interesse an einer Lösung war nicht erkennbar. Insgesamt absolut stressig und nicht empfehlenswert.

All the staff were great . The beach area can use some chairs.The room where I stayed needs a new TV and the sink was draining very slow.

This property suited our needs perfectly. It’s right on the water and right in the center of El Nido. It’s right next to restaurants, tour information, and a convenience store, plus an easy area to grab a trike. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are all adjoining so it was a bit loud if you have neighbors. We could hear the rooms next door TV all night. Otherwise it had exactly what we needed and the staff was SO nice and caring.

Firstly, the location is absolutely amazing. Lots of things just around the hotel & it is on a beach. However, the room was much smaller than expected. There was no hot water available & lacked water pressure as well. The water in the taps was visibly yellow. The water provided by the hotel also tasted very weird. Overall, it is an average hotel.

Property, being in the pop district has a lot of restobars to choose from. Accommodation price is reasonable considering it is beachfront, the staffs are friendly and accommodating. What I dont like are the towels, they should consider buying new sets. Sewage system must be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thanks to Marjun for the upgrade of the room, sunset view of the room is fantastic.

Staff were very friendly! Breakfast was cold dry rice and pork, some bread options and eggs to order. I wouldnt quite call my room a suite, really nothing more than a basic hotel room, bed, night stand on either side and tv hanging on wall. The bathroom sink leaked so the floor was always wet, the water in the sink and toilet was brown and smelled awful. There was loud construction noise beginning just after 8 am. Otherwise the bed and room was clean and comfy and the ac worked well.

DO NOT STAY

They know the rooms are inadequit...like the plumbing doesn't work...actually toilets not flushing and they place patrons in these rooms anyway. Then, they shuffle people around to different rooms after a complaint...this way the rooms that shouldn't be rented out are rented daily. Also, a dog took my Birkenstock and they refused to reimburse me ANYTHING let alone help me. I've never seen so many unhappy people needing so much assistance from an incapable staff. Truly, terrible.

I love Eco Suites Hotel in El Nido, the property is beach front, the rooms are nice and well decorated and most importantly the staff are kind and attentive. Marjun, Emman and Aiza are amazing! We will definitely return.

「エコ」の意味はわかったんたけど・・・

ホテルのスタッフは皆さん親切で気配りをしてくれます。私達の部屋はビーチ側で、ロケーションは最高だったんだけど、入り口のスライドドアの滑りが悪すぎて女性には厳しいかも。何が「エコホテル」なのかわからなかったけど、滞在していたら太陽光発電、太陽熱温水器などの設備を導入していることがわかりました。ただし、どちらも極めてシステムが小さいため不便でした。特に太陽熱温水器に関しては温水シャワーがチョロチョロなので、シャワーを浴びるのに普段の何倍も時間がかかります。

Nice design. Good location. We stayed in room 209 for 3 nights. We had 3 main issues with the hotel. The first was the Wi-Fi. My husband had important work emails and messages he needed to deal with but was unable to. During our 3 night stay, we had no Wi-Fi. Second, there was very limited hot water. Literally after 3 minutes of hot water, there was no more. So we basically showered in cold water every night. Last issue was the drainage in the shower. The plumbing was so terrible, the shower would be flooded for at least 15 minutes before draining. We told the staff about the issues but nothing was dealt with. Our last night there, no one came to clean the rooms. I'm usually let issues go but this was just too many, it left a pretty bad impression for us.

The place is located along the beach, it was wonderful to see the sunset. Room was a bit small but clean enough and we enjoyed drinking at the bar next to the hotel. Also, the chef prepared our early breakfast because our flight was around 8am. Overall, it was a good choice to stay there.

Emplacement parfait sur la rue la plus animée du coin (restos, bars ...) niveau hygiène dans les chambres je ne recommande pas : pas de vrai service de nettoyage quotidien, l’eau est souvent absente à cause sa faible pression et l’eau chaude coupe des fois...

Un hôtel super jolie et idéalement situé!! Une équipe gentille et discrète, leurs pancakes au petit déjeuner sont un délices. Les points négatifs : Concernant la propreter une amélioration serait à faire : la douche sens mauvaise Mauvaise évacuation et pas super propre. Rideau de douche sale Les draps avaient des taches mais cela vient du lavage et de leur matériel! Manque de rangements Les points positifs: La wifi La clim Un coffre fort Le cadre ideal
