"Our room was very clean and ready for our arrival. We received our bottle of wine for being VIP with hotels.com. The bar staff downstairs as well as upstairs at La Perla were so welcoming and friendly. The location is just perfect for walking around anywhere downtown. The plaza across the street is always bustling with families and people enjoying the shade. The valet service is perfect, prompt and efficient, especially the valets, James and Alan. They not only loaded our car as we were leaving, but gave us better directions to get to the scenic drive than our GPS!!!
