During our stay on 1/13/26 We rested very well; the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the bathroom in room 119: the bathtub faucet doesn't work properly, it won't turn off, and the tub fills up too much while you're showering, which is inconvenient. Also, they don't have ice. Please take this into consideration. Thank you.

The room was aged and musky. The bathroom had mold and needed repairs. The beds were clean. It took over 10 mins for the clerk to check us in, at 3:30am. It's obvious that she'd been sleeping. She was wearing pajamas, extremely unprofessional.

AC did not work well, the key card would not open the door, and there was no hair dryer in the room. Check-in was pleasant, and when I returned to get the key card changed, the desk person was very helpful.

Room was a bit dirty, but as expected for the price. Maintenance was a bit lacking: air filter for ac was dirty, tub did not drain well, overall room look was a bit outdated. The area is nice, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient.

Walls ceilings damaged or stained, carpets stained, vents appeared to eother not be cleaned or possibly contained mold, I dont know if things have just changed or what but I had to scheduled to have the room service pick up dirty sheets and towls, Nobody came in to collect trash or change sheets. Nice room service girland guy did exactly as asked and brought me new towls and sheets for the sofa bed. Exterior needs help, pool while not in use had cigarette butts and trash in it, elevator probably locked down to staff as...i was told there was no elevator...and i have knee problems. Plus side: Tv had the ability for netflix. Cost of the suite was cheap and affordable. Main staff was friendly. Will not be staying again, but for a last minute booking, it did the job To the staff: You need to ensure better security of the building, doors left open through the night for airflow and external access readers not working are a security risk.

the staff at the El Paso La Quinta (Wyndham) was great, pleasant and helpful - until - we checked out at 6:30am Tuesday morning 12/2. we came in to the office/breakfast area and there was no one at counter so we called out "hello?" to the open door. the young lady came out, never said hello or what can i do for you or anything. just a grumpy face. she never smiled, when we asked "is there no breakfast today? (the area was barren) she just said "i'll get it" like we were putting her out. the offerings were minimal and just barely ok. later, when we checked out she never said a word. we handed her our key cards , she glanced at them, printed out our receipt, handed it to us (again, nothing but a grumpy face) and went back into her room? bed? otherwise we were fairly happy with La Quinta. but because of our experience with the young lady and just an average experience with the rest of our stay (3 nights) i doubt if we will be staying at a La Quinta again. too bad.

Definitely hotel needs to be updated it. Old carpets, bathtub seems like is going to sink when you step on it and very black at the bottom. Quality of towels not good, elevator wasn’t working because they didn’t pass inspection, not a good breakfast at all. etc. etc. too long to list. Personnel was nice
