"The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

"For the price it was not worth it . We only stayed due to a power outage . No breakfast, Starbucks machines were down and the staff tried to charge me for regular coffee . Rooms need to be cleaned especially the carpet due to allergens . Guy didn’t want to give me 2 keys per room initially . We booked 2 rooms . Mot a fan of this location at all ."

"Front desk was very nice and helpful. We rented 2 rooms. The rooms need a deep clean. In one of the rooms the table was dirty with cup stains and it smelled like refrigerator. The other had a rusty ugly looking refrigerator, the front door didn’t close completely flushed and you were able to see inside the room. And it also did not lock properly. The front stated there were no other rooms. Both rooms had water running in the tub so that was very annoying. Will not be staying here again."

"First, the pool was empty, not that I would DARE to use it but at least a heads up would be nice. Secondly, the rooms were so filthy. We requested nonsmoking and the first room we got smelled like someone smoked two packs a day in it and the bed looked like it was laid in after being made. Weird. Second room was much better but not very neat. Third, if you need quiet to sleep this is not for you. The freeway was so loud, you could hear everything. The interior is beautifully decorated with colorful artwork and vibrant touches that make the hotel feel warm and inviting.
