"First of all when we first got in the room there was a strong smell of mildew and dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and they came down and cleaned the toilet seat. Then I couldn’t sleep because I was itching like crazy. I finally fell asleep after the sun came up and had to check out by 11am. When I woke up my left arm was swollen pretty bad. Later that evening I went to the ER to have it checked out and found out I was bitten multiple times all over my body by bed bugs. I...

"Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay."

"They had a great bed. The air conditioner worked. It was clean with fragrance of some kind. Good rates. You should be safe. Cons: • hot water on the cold side of sink • Difficult parking area, one way in and out. You might have to back out. • The office is protected by glass or plexiglass."

"First words from the receptionist were “we have a problem with your room, unfortunately we have to give you a smoking room and we cannot change you to anywhere else.” Our group could not use a smoking room for health related reasons. We asked for a refund before we even saw the room or checked in so we could go somewhere else and were denied even a partial refund. We chose the pay at the hotel option and the hotel charged us anyway even though we never used the room."
