"Customer service beyong the front desk needs improvement. The front desk staff at the DoubleTree by Hilton Managua was outstanding—friendly, professional, and very helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant service did not match that standard at all. The staff came across as unfriendly and not very attentive, which made the breakfast experience disappointing. Management should address this inconsistency, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience."
