I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. "First, the Good: The rooms are small, but functional; garden area with chairs was nice for breakfast. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the grounds were gorgeous. Lots of palms, nice walk ways, and generous outdoor space. Pool area was large and the proximity to the bar was great; the game room and outdoor ping pong were a nice touch. "Clearly not a four star hotel, but was comfortable enough, food was okay if a little cold. Pool area clean and tidy, but you can’t have your own drinks, you have to buy theirs. A/C in room stopped working I had to ask reception 3 times for them to respond and fix but they managed eventually. Costs €50 for late check-out which I thought was quite pricey."

"Single room was small but had a fridge, modern deco and excellent air conditioning. TV did not have a good picture with interference. Of the three lights in the room only one was working. Only one available wall socket for charging phone etc. Infront of the window was an air conditioning unit which buzzed and hummed throughout the day and evening. It didn't switch off until late at night. Breakfast was very good with ample choice. The pool area was nice but limited number of sunbeds...
