"The Airport Shuttle was the main reason we picked this hotel. But it is not the only hotel around LAX with Shuttle. The air conditioning was struggling to cool the room even overnight and it was very noisy. Staff acted like if I work for them and as if I need to keep my words to me. The room was clean but in general the property seems to be decaying."

"My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people. The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend."
