"Vi ble møtt av et stort smil i resepsjonen ved innsjekk. Fantastisk dame. Vi ble tildelt store, rene og fine rom. Alt vi trengte var på rommet. Kort vei til alt iAltea og med god utsikt. Vi ble servert en utmerket frokost på rommet. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake. Absolutt å anbefale ikke minst på grunn av damen i resepsjonen."

"The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!"

"Heerlijk verblijf. Kamer kon iets schoner, lagen nog wat haren in de badkamer en in de hoeken van de kamer maar verder prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Auto is wel een must als je iets van de omgeving wil zien."

"Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own."

"Excellent and friendly staff, they could not do more to be helpful. Spacious room, well appointed. Fine dining at 8:30 pm is a set menu, very well prepared and presented. Fine wines available. Be aware, the property can be difficult to locate on GPS. Nearest landmark is Casa Marcos restaurant, which is near the waterfalls. Once there, go South and their road is marked, to the right. Highly recommended when visting the waterfalls and castles in the area."

"I would highly recommend this hotel, as soon as we arrived I knew I made the right choice. The premises looked and smelled clean, staff are attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and the food that they have on offer is delicious. Honestly never had any issues. This was my first time in Benidorm and shall be returning to this hotel. 😊"

"Beautiful hotel located within a 5 minute walk of the beach front and the old town. The room was well laid out and spacious. Comfy bed and a good size balcony overlooking the pool. Gorgeous pool area with plenty of sun loungers available. Lovely cocktails served in the pool bar, roof top bar and restaurant. Breakfast was well made, well presented and good quality. Plenty of options available but my personal favourite was the omelette station. Overall a lovely stay and very reasonably priced. I...

"Stayed in a Deluxe Side Sea View room on 6th floor. The view was lovely - gloriously sunny until 1pm or so & shaded in the evenings. The room was spacious for two. We stayed half board & both the breakfast & the evening meal choices were varied & delicious. Staff were helpful & polite. "
