"Getting a hold of the staff for questions before my stay never happened. I called the listed number through regular cel network, also used WhatsApp and NOTHING. This hotel is in a nice spot, but communication was horrible. Also - they broke one of our chargers when making the beds, they didn't apologize, ..."
