"The staff was great and very helpful. I checked in they gave me a room and a parking spot however when I went to park my car there was already a car there then I went to the room and the keys didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs. The host was kind enough to reprogram the keys and go with us to the room which I’m glad she did BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS ALREADY in that room. "I would never stay at this property again. It does not match its 9.2 rating at all. The apartment is very outdated, with peeling paint and old finishes. There is air conditioning only in the bedroom, while the living room and kitchen have no air conditioning, making the space uncomfortable.
Another issue was that the windows have only metal shutters instead of regular windows, which made us feel uncomfortable and did not match our expectations based on the listing.
