"The facilities are new & have a very nice modern feel. However, the rooms are lacking because there is no mini fridge, no chairs, no table, no hangers to hang clothes & no iron for those of us who would like to iron our own clothing. The pools are a little weird because they have these huge planters in the middle of them which really don’t allow for you to swim freely. Another issue I have is that the big pool side beds that provide shade and relaxation get taken by the people who pay for day...

"The rooms are not very clean and they don’t have even the basic things that you need such as towel hangers, clothes hangers
The bathroom is so small that your not able to open the door completely
Note: staff try to be helpful but they don’t have any training so even if they want help with something they just don’t have the knowledge"

"The room was very very Small and no hot water at all. Guest don't care about others sleeping...even at midnight still talking very loud and slam doors. Hotel is blasting loud music in the restaurant at 5-6 am what the hell ?! People are sleeping to take a flight. The only good thing is the pool. The hotel is not very good with 2 friendly dogs that are coming sometime to have some cuddle or little bit of food ! Be gentle with them geez ! "
