"Amazing location, right on the beach, the food was great at the restaurant and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Great food options nearby and you can walk everywhere. Probably the best hotel location in el zonte in my opinion. We got a free upgrade and changed rooms after day 1 and had a nice private patio with a hammock. There were some issues with the maintenance in the room particularly the bathroom. The shower and sink both leaked and the shower door had some issues opening and...

"I booked this location as a last minute resort. I was not tremendously impressed with the room. It was very basic with just a bed and bathroom. No T.V. no refrigerator. The furniture was somewhat outdated included shower and toilet. There was no soap provided only some hand wash. The room had a foul smell almost as if it needed a dehumidifier. The location however is in a great area with very friendly locals. It is popular for surfers although I do not surf it was great watching those who did....

"Our stay at El Xalli was amazing. I received clear communication from staff with information about a shuttle that was arranged for me at the airport. We arrived late and our check-in was extremely smooth. During our stay, the staff were extremely helpful always friendly. Everyone from a young man keeping the grounds clean to the bartenders all the way up to the manager. Every interaction I had with staff was professional, friendly, and outstanding. We would definitely return."
