"Facility is brand new. Our room’s furniture was comfortable. Its cooling/heating system kept our room at the desired temperature. The breakfast had a good variety and would be considered above the industry standard, in my opinion."

"There was a threat of an ice storm. Although it was a stressful time the staff was extremely patient, kind, and friendly, especially to the people in front of us in line to check-in who didn't seem to understand the details of their stay. I think the staff even spent the night at the hotel just in case it was so bad they weren't able to get to work the following day. The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was amazing with many delicious options, including the fixings for the oatmeal. We visit our grandson who lives in the area, about once a year. We will definitely stay here again."

"Bathroom floor and baseboard where very very dirty. The ony food on breakfast bar was 4 small honey buns. Orange juice tasted watered down. Coffee wasn't to bad. Went to breakfast at 6:30 and again at 7:30 still no food."
