"This is the perfect location to explore Chinatown. Everything is within a few blocks walk. The hotel was perfectly clean, and the staff was great. We had a problem getting our air conditioning to come on, and they were up to our room in 10 minutes to fix the issue. Absolutely would stay here again. "

"The location of this hotel can't be beat. You are a quick walk to all CTA lines, Metra, and bus stops. You can walk to the Riverwalk, magnificent mile, and Millennium Park. The hotel room (2 double beds) had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The furnishings are showing some wear and tear, but all functional. "Everything good except after 10 in the dorms you have to switch on the light to enter coz the guys on other beds already sleeping and for any activity before sleeping you have to come to break room."
