"I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected."

"This property looks nothing like in the photos. It is very dated, and worn. It needs alot of updating and cleaning. There is torn carpet in the room, no sink plug, the drain smelled horrible, and there were guests smoking across the hall all the time, despite being non-smoking. The hotel was noisy, and we could constantly hear the people above us stomping around. The property needs a deep cleaning. The one positive was the helpful front desk staff. I would not stay here again."

"First room, I had there was no remote. She went to go get the remote. Only to realize that something was wrong with the TV. I asked for the check refrigerator it was hot and broken as well. Went to the next room the bathroom mirror dirty, room smelled old. . I had a drunk man in the hallway on my floor sitting a case of beer. They have a kitchen, but don’t supply you with anything for the kitchen. You had to go reset your door room key everyday. Their breakfast was coffee, tea, granola bars,...

"The property is ungoing renovation. We were given a renovated room so the decors and furnitures are new. The room is spacious and has a fridge and coffee maker. We appreciate the coffee in the lobby and warm cookies at check-in. However, areas around the main entrance give a poor first impression - algeas on the exterior walls, flower pots full of weeds, and dirty luggage carts. These things could've been easily addressed. Breakfast buffet was decent."
