Then went to confront me and continue to chastise me. Horrible experience, I do not recommend coming here. Fridge did not work most of the food was spoiled and lacked the bare minimum for necessities."

I told the receptionist they should have placed the family away from the main area, further to the back of the property. The whole family was loud and the walls were paper thin. I could here the woman talking or arguing loudly too. I had a long flight, had unpacked and wanted to nap...but it was impossible. The receptionist offered to...
