"The room was so spacious and it was really pretty"

"This was a very nice hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was also quiet and I got a good night's sleep. I needed an early ( like 4 am) shuttle to the airport and everything was arranged and went smoothly. I would definitely recommend to others and I would come again."

"Book threw a 3rd party and needed a handy cap room. So when we got there the staff and manager was so understanding. All the employees were awesome. Only thing is by that he spa at night two many roaches the big one from out side. And the spa should have been cleaned early next morning: other than that I loved it and didn’t even mind our spider friends who visited our bathrooms and early morning. I old I stay there and recommend it to friends. With out a doubt. It was awesome."

"The layout of the room as a whole may work for a family of three such as us when we were staying, but it can easily become an issue if anyone wants proper privacy within the room. The layout of the bathroom having only a curtain to separate it from the room can cause major privacy issues once the shower is in use due to its position and lack of separated space. Additionally, even with the curtain, the lack of any hooks or fastening makes it for a sloppy and easily disturbed privacy matter."

"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

What really would have helped was local info on happenings that were planned and free. Example: 2nd night we stopped at front desk and mentioned we liked live music...oh, they said, that's great! "The room was decent, however, I did not expect that many of the other rooms were used as a more permanent stay for unhoused individuals. The first night the neighbor was up until 4:00 am yelling, screaming, and having arguments. I was surprised that shampoo, conditioners, body soap was not included with the stay. All is provided is 2 small bars of soap. I was also surprised that housekeeping did not come to clean the room when I was out most of the day. Numerous cars in the parking lot that...
