"I wouldn't waste money on this property ever again! The website shows a heated indoor pool, a hot tub, and a furnished patio area. NONE of those were there! But the website won't let me share pictures. The building was incredibly hot, no A/C in the hallways, rooms smelled terrible, and the room a/c was incapable of cooling it down. If I could ask for a full refund I would!! With my daughter on a travel soccer team..We've stayed alot of places. This was by far the worst place I've stayed...

I was unable to have dinner there because I was told that there was only 1 server and the kitchen is backed up and that my wait time would be over 45 minutes. In addition to this there was only 1 working elevator which meant terribly long lines and long waits to navigate the hotel. "The bathroom was not properly ventilated and the reception staff was not welcoming."

"The staff was super helpful. I had to change rooms because my AC didn’t work. I think the room I was moved to was a “last resort” room. The paint was peeling, the shower wall was peeling, the drain was broken and there wasn’t any soap. The staff made up for the unpleasant aspects."

The one time it was, they didnt even sweep or vacuum the floors. Basically the beds were made and new towels left. They claim that it is done "every other day" but that was NOT the case for us.
