"With a hot day expected, it was lovely to arrive to a spotlessly clean room and the pool just close by. The staff/owner was very considerate, offering two chilled bottles of water for our onward journey. This accommodation is also brilliantly located, but yet still very quiet. "We loved our stay at the Armour Motor Inn! We were in a 5-person room (2 adults and 2 kids). It was great to have a separate space (with door) inside the room and beds were comfortable and supportive. There’s also a pool and some kitchen facilities: microwave, bar fridge, cutlery, and crockery. Our room opened onto a garden with a 4-seat table and chairs, so we ate meals outside, then washed up our plates in the bathroom sink! Would definitely stay here again for a night or two. "We booked the renovated king bed room and were travelling with a medium sized dog. The room was excellent- large, modern,clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for a dog bed. Bathroom was also modern and spacious. Close to the room there’s a large grass area which was perfect. Highly recommended Down the road there’s a petrol station cafe with decent breakfast items if you’re in a hurry . "

"The property is well maintained, very cosy and welcoming. Host Chris is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Our little dog was most welcome and I think she enjoyed having a yard to sniff around in and play ball. I would highly recommend this to other travelers with dogs. Easy walk into the town for coffee or dinner at the local pub."
