"The Richardson is a magnificent and masterful architectural experience. Vast and captivating to the historically minded. We really enjoyed our stay. We were introduced to the architecture of Buffalo which houses structures that rival those we visited in Europe. Highly recommend for those with the interest. "

"The room was big and clean, the man at the desk for the time I stayed was nice, and there was plenty of parking near the rooms/entrance, which was nice since the weather was cold, windy, raining. The bed was old and a bit squeaky but comfortable. The curtains did not close all the way so the room got a bit light in the morning so not great for sleeping in. "The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off"

"The hotel was great, close to where we needed to be. The issue was that our credit card was charged multiple times during our stay. The front desk staff did their best to try and sort out what had happened, the rooms were prepaid and we had placed our security deposit. There should not have been any extra charges. The situation is sorted out now but it took a few days and I never heard back from hotel management. Very stressful when you are charged extra fees and provided little explanation...
