"The hotel was beautiful the room was amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again especially with the price so reasonable. I wish the area was a little better built up. A lot of businesses closed but the grounds of hotel and restaurant inside made up for it. Plus easy drive to amazing areas. Thanks for a special girls night"

"There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve "

"It’s an older building, and you can tell. The elevator scared me, the doors didn’t want to close at one point and the noise was a bit unnerving. The rooms were clean but didn’t feel like a hotel, more like a one room apartment building. Not somewhere I would feel comfortable going again."

"We came to Buffalo for the Falls; and enjoying the city. The bed and breakfast was an “add on” to the experience. Buffalo Harmony House MADE the experience. We plan to stay again when we’re back later this year for a Patriots game. LOVE the hosts and the staff. They made it amazing for us! Breakfast was TOP TIER!"

"Location is very good and walkable to lots of good restaurants. In my case the downtown hotels were very expensive so the guesthouse seemed like a good deal in comparison. As long as you have expectations in check (it's a kitschy if not sort of an odd property) then I think it's a very solid choice. We found it to be clean and the staff tried very hard. My son was a little taken aback by it and didn't love the boarded up / semi burned building next door... That said it seemed like a safe...

"A 2-star quality hotel with 1-star breakfast. Rooms awful. Breakfast - you are better off starving unless you like store bought stale danishes. TV had the fewest available channels. Front desk people terrible. One old man at the desk was so unhygienic, dressed on street clothes. Motel 6 probably has better dressed people at the front desk. And a fire alarm at 6am. For 30 min. No one at the front desk to explain anything. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at."

"This hotel is pretty good. Room was clean, if uninspiring. Staff were friendly and quick. For the price it would be nice to have waters, coffee in the morning, and breakfast included. Nickel and diming us for water and coffee is nuts."

"Nicest Embasy Suites that I’ve been in. The rims were spacious and newly feeling! For some reason, we didn’t get our room cleaned in full. Just our sofa bed was made up and we were given new towels so but disappointed on the detail orient! The valet was useful and easy and the restaurant in the hotel was nice as well. Good overall experience"

"My family loved our stay here. The location is great. Chick-fil-a, McDonalds and Starbucks are within walking distance. Super close to shopping as well. Was very close to the border as well. The hotel itself was very clean and staff were very helpful. The pool is good and was nice they had a few things for people to use while swimming. We will definitely stay here again"
