"Stunning. We had one of our best holidays here, the pool area overlooking the beach is just beautiful, with an infinity pool that was really quiet throughout our stay. Sunset from the restaurant was out of this world. Room was huge, given an apartment with a cooker and lounge area. "Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. "We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. "Beautiful stay , staff so warm and welcoming , very peaceful and spotlessly clean - George and the team answered all our questions and gave good recommendations. Rooms were huge so much spce and shower really powerful . Breakfast was ok enouh to keep going , but you must have a car , we didnt and had to rely on buses which was a bit awkward as there is nothing nearby - if you want peace and quiet this is your place , specialmention to Katherine and her lovely cakes"
