"The staff for the most part was great with the exception that they kept putting my room number wrong for late check out which caused them to enter my room at 10am on my last day. The do not disturb sign was on the door and we were still sleeping. I was told I could check out late at 2pm, then told that was incorrect due to booking through a 3rd party. There were small black ants in the room. The pool was cloudy looking the whole stay so we could not use it. The breakfast was ok and typical....

"The room was clean.. the bathroom had hairs in the tub and around it…there was no soap to wash your hands. The room was dark a gentleman came to adjust the lighting, hoping to fix the issue. He suggested we keep the shade open for better light. Not bad, but short staffed and small."
