"Lisa (hotel manager) was very friendly and accommodating. We were really just looking for a last-minute place to stay, and the price was right, so this worked for our needs. If you are even the tiniest bit high maintenance or looking for something even moderately upscale, you might want to keep looking. But if you just need a basic place to sleep, this is very conveniently located within walking distance to most of what Ogunquit has to offer."
