Ray at Check-in went above and beyond to accommodate us, out of his way to walk through the rain while we followed in car to the garage parking lot, and showed us how to use the QR code to access hotel parking, and how to get back in without walking out into the rain to get back in to hotel. He was very personal/friendly and absolutely a scholar and a gentleman. Tarik Moosa Director of food and Beverage was also Super Awesome.
