"It’s a dated hotel, no frills no thrills you know it’s one of those things. You just need a roof over your head for the night. There was no bugs or pests. Everything was clean and served its purpose free Wi-Fi. I know it may be hit or miss with other rooms but the room I had this time was really good."

As I descended the original, narrow stairs with the low hand rails I imagined the original women in their high button shoes and hoop skirts more gracefully than me maneuvering them daily. "This place was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff was friendly and sociable. Our first night, we enjoyed drinks and a pizza at the bar. Our second night, we took a dip in the hot tub. Breakfast was phenomenal, and the room was clean and comfortable. Zero complaints of any kind!
