"Me and my son have been staying here for a couple weeks now and while we've been here my son has cleaned up trash cleaned up animal waste and definitely has made the place look a lot better I've done detail cleaning to my own room other than that I'd love to give some of the mates lessons on how to clean."

"The room was put together but definitely dirty, there were hard gummies of some kind on the floor, the TV remote didn't have any batteries and when we got some, the remote didnt work lol. We only had two small pillows and a sheet blanket for the bed... i could go on but it met the basic need of a room for cheap... I guess thats what you get at the cheap price you pay"

"The staff were welcoming and professional. The hotel is super clean my hotel room was super clean. I enjoyed the amenities available at the hotel. I would definitely book here again!!!"

"Extremely inexpensive, but its clearly reflected in the lack of quality. The room reeked. There were roaches, ants, and flies. The room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. These are just several of the issues with the room/property, but nowhere near a complete list. There are other hotels within close proximity to this one. I would strongly suggest booking elsewhere if you can afford to. This hotel was disgusting."

"The room was definitely worn out. The shower was pretty rough and you could see visible dips in the mattresses where they were heavily worn out. The pillows were great! The pool was down and it looked like it had been down for a while. Would have been nice to know because we specifically booked for a pool."

"Good news was the breakfast and location near our destination. Large fridge and freezer is good. The room was generally clean but the kitchen floor was a little sticky, the toilet seat moved, and the couch in the TV Room was either broken or underneath the cushions or frame on the one side was lower than the other side. They could of gave us a few extra towels as we were there for 2.5 days and no cleaning done to the room. Overall I would rate it a "B""
