"As helpful as the front desk staff was, the halls smelled, our room had a terrible smell of mildew and the air conditioner/heater unit would smell like burnt hair when it was turned on. We found bugs (carpet Beatles/ants) and were offered a discount if we stayed another night only to be offered a discount on a weekend rate which was just as much as the room was. I was not happy with this and would never recommend it."

"Booked a 4 night getaway for my boyfriend and I to have a relaxing stay in weekend. It was going to snow that weekend so it was going to be perfect to stay in, swim, bowl, get massages, etc. WRONG. "I loved it. The location was perfect and I specifically pick this hotel based on the view and it did not disappoint. If you don’t wanna go far, there are plenty of restaurants and things to do right around the hotel so that was also convenient. I will definitely be going back."
