Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel And Conference Center
2/10 Terrible
"Couldn’t check in because there system was down. Had to wait an hour. Finally got in the room. Room was mostly clean, hairs in bathroom. Ew. No hair dryer. Called 3 times till they finally brought us one. Room had an adjacent door where the neighbor was slurring obscenities. Went and talked to front desk about it. They went and checked on the guy and said there was nothing wrong. He continued to yell curse words as he was probably drunk. They couldn’t move our room because they were full even though rooms were getting cleaned down the hall. We decided to leave bc we had a small child. I told the front desk, and they acted like they knew who the guy was who was yelling like he lived there. The silver lining is they gave me my money back for the two nights, thank the lord. Did not feel safe. On top of all that someone was singing when September ends in the bar to karaoke while all this was happening. That part made me laugh. Will definitely never stay there."
"Everything was clean. It was an incredibly spacious room and bathroom the staff very professional and friendly. I will absolutely stay here again on my next Kingston visit."
"The inn could use some freshening up. Room carpet was stained in multiple places, for example, and the building badly needs to be repainted on the outside. Guests should be told when booking that their room will be on the third floor in case stairs are an issue. It’s a charming, historic building in a great location but it looks a little rundown. "
"Just the basics which is all I wanted. Room and bathroom were clean, floor was a little bizarre the slats had definitely started to fail long ago but was still clean. Breakfast was as simple as can be ( it IS advertised this way, just don’t be surprised by how “light” it really is), but the coffee was at least good and the pastries were tasty for being packaged. Shame the vending machine was totally empty and soda machine was mostly empty. I’d stay there again, just need a quiet place to sleep and a shower, but anyone expecting anything more you’ll have to shell out more $$ for it in the area.
The nighttime desk lady was very pleasant and funny, the lady in the morning could use some hospitality pointers"
"We absolutely loved our stay at The Graham & Co.—it’s the kind of place that instantly puts you at ease.
From the moment we arrived there was this quaint, laid-back relaxing vibe that made it so easy to unwind. Everything felt very thoughtful from the design, cozy spaces, and nothing overdone. Our bungalow room was spectacular yet comfortable and inviting, and it really felt like a little escape from the usual rush.
We spent our mornings sipping coffee in the fresh mountain air & hiking near the waterfalls and our evenings just slowing down whether that meant hanging by the fire pit or just enjoying the quiet. There’s something really special about how peaceful it feels here without trying too hard.
It’s rare to find a place that feels this easygoing and genuine. We left feeling recharged and already talking about coming back."
"Rooms were gorgeous, we stayed in a king suite. The property has several condo type houses with several units. Everything was literally in town yet felt surrounded by trees and a waterfall.
Beds incredibly comfy. Stylish overall. We loved the free candies in the afternoon, s’mores packs for the fire pits, and complimentary rich coffee every morning."
