"I made a last-minute reservation to stay here with my dog, and the front desk was very kind and accommodating when I arrived."

"On a reservation, we requested a double bed. When we arrived, we got a single king and a couch. That was fine. We went to make the bed on the couch and it was 100% disgusting. I stripped everything off of there and took it downstairs. The staff did have a package of clean bedding for me, but only had one pillow to use with no option of getting any other pillows. They were out that’s fine. We ended up giving one of the pillows off of the big bed to the kids. There was no body soap in the shower or shampoo. I had filled out a survey upon arrival of how it was in the general manager gave me a call immediately. I expressed my concerns and she had house cleaning come up and fill the bottles. I appreciated the communication. The beds were comfortable. I did not like the showerhead. That’s just my opinion. The air worked great. No concerns for safety, great location."

"Indoor Waterpark was lots of fun for all ages. Nice to have convenience of restaurants on site as well. Room was clean and comfortable. "

"The hot fishes were good, salsa excellent, choice of not just pancakes but waffles and French toast. The best was the excellent coffee- not your usual hotel watery affair"

"Beds were comfy. The breakfast attendant was so sweet and reassuring when we showed up at almost closing. The food was actually decent as well. Would stay again "

"The hotel was clean my only problem is when I booked my price was 385.66 but I was charged 400.02 not including the deposit. The deposit was and extra 40 but I did get that back "
