"My recent stay at Turf Valley Resort was disappointing. The first issue was finding a spider on the ceiling of my room, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
I was also looking forward to relaxing by the pool, but that experience was ruined by an overly aggressive lifeguard who repeatedly approached and interrupted guests. "This was our third visit to The Ivy. We chose to celebrate our 10th anniversary there and we were not disappointed at all. The staff is always top notch from the moment you arrive.
