"the executive suites are fantastic! Very large and spacious!! Bed was comfortable. Shower head pressure not the greatest but every other amenity was perfect. The Spa is the best!!! Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers. "

"Our room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable but the feather pillows were horrible. Check in was easy as was check out. They offer breakfast but for a charge you once you're there. We decided to pay and it was okay. Nothing special. "

"We decided to stay from December 30 to January 3, and it was an amazing experience. Twice we visited the gym, and we took full advantage of the sauna. We had access to ice skating, but we sat by the fireplace and watched the young people skate. New Year's Eve was a pure delight from in-room dining to the four different restaurants with distinct cuisines. The view of the fireworks was accessible from all four dinning experiences, but The Bygone was the best location. Next year spend your holidays...
