Pro: The area surrounding the place was beautiful. Con: unit was not clean when we arrived. Beds had been made but sheets were dirty. Dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty. The stove top still had food on it and the oven had burned food in it. Plus, the A/C unit was not working. Also, the pool was being refurbished so it did not have water in it.

The place was very beautiful.The view was amazing.The fireplace just gave it a warm feeling of home.I really enjoyed myself.

I got there. I had to wait almost 30 minutes just to get in. It was no staff around the man they act like they don’t want to show you how to open the door or unlock the door. Staff was never around. The pool was dirty and on top of it, I left a day early because I did not like that trip. I wish I never planned it.

It ain’t nobody trying to help you once you get there on time Wi-Fi went out they didn’t wanna show you how to unlock the doors and lock them by code. Staff was never around and the pool was dirty. If I had a chance, I would never book that trip.

Nice stay. Quiet location. Easy check in. Needed help with the pilot light on the fire logs. Came right away. A microwave to the kitchen, hair dryer, and blackout curtains or blinds over the upstairs sliding doors would be a great addition. Enjoyed our stay. For the price , well pleased and would consider staying here again.

This was the perfect accommodation for our anniversary weekend! The property was spotless and offered stunning views — we even saw a deer right below our deck. The shower and bed were better than any hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and the self check-in process made everything so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Check in and check out was super easy, since visiting in the Fall we did not use the pool, I did walk over and it’s beautiful, we had a fireplace but did not see instructions on how to turn it on, the kitchen was fully equipped, our linens and towels were high quality, I had to contact the office because there was no hairdryer in our unit which they supplied, my only observation was the toilets, I wish they were higher. I would definitely recommend the Lodge to stay. It’s a beautiful location not far from Ellijay or Blue Ridge, we watched the deer as we had our coffee.

There is no staff onsite. There is also no WiFi until they give you the code. I had no service so I didn’t get the email, had to call the 800 number to get the code for the door. Had to msg them to get the Wi-Fi password which didn’t connect half the time…the place is beautiful and is huge! Has everything and Ellijay is close! I’d go there again!

Overall it was a good experience. The views were amazing. We could not get the fireplace to come on. Followed instructions, but there was no dial on the wall. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom did not come on. Lots of cobb webs. It was spacious and clean inside. Bright light from outside room one made it hard to sleep.

They staff was friendly and the rooms was clean but the fridge was acting up and only worked some of the time so we had the throw some food out and then when i tried to gove my kids a bath the water was brown and then they didnt have any type of curtains in out room that was near the office and they keep the outside offices light on all night whiched shined in our room making it look like it was daytime all night long so we didnt get that great of sleep
