"My daughter and I stayed one night at the Best Western Gateway to the Keys in Florida City, and the experience was very disappointing. We asked if we could check in just 15 minutes early because we had a wedding 35 minutes away, and although the room was already ready, we were told we would have to pay a $30 early check-in fee to enter before 4 PM. "Super comfortable bed and very clean room. Loved the shower too. Our room was across from the elevators and noisy spring break young adults were loud and boisterous until 2 am. Also, Kuerig didn’t work in our room and when I shared that info at check out, receptionist didn’t care. I asked if she could make me a coffee, she said there is coffee, but it’s cold. Not exactly great customer service. I would like to give them another try and hope this review helps with better customer service...
