"Our expectations were for a romantic getaway which is what was promised on the website. What we got was spring break college mentality. Enjoy no sleep and drunk people at the pool being excessively loud until 4 in the morning. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The cottage was very cute, but not very clean. The floors were very dirty. Our socks got so black they were not salvageable. The Jacuzzi did not work properly and turned itself off and on when it felt like it. The breakfast was pitiful and untimely very very small portions. Same items pretty much every morning. Other customers asked at breakfast if there was a good breakfast restaurant to go to after getting their meal. Had the most expensive diamond suite cottage felt ignored no turndown...

"We have been staying at Ambrosia House for over 30 years, which makes it all the more disappointing to write this review. We’ve always loved the location and charm of the property, but unfortunately this was by far our worst stay and the standards have noticeably declined. The biggest issue was cleanliness. We found hair in both bathrooms, and there were ants and bugs throughout the cottage, including in the beds, on the kitchen countertops and in the bathrooms. The plates and cutlery provided...
