"Very run down and basic but in a great location and relatively clean. All the critical reviews before ours are not inaccurate. Here is our experience: The Miami Beach Boardwalk is very close but the unit can get very noisy at night with vehicle and pedestrian traffic on Collins Ave and with some of the 'windows' being plastic panels with gaps.
