"Overall, the apartment is good and in a great location. It’s an older place but comfortable. The mattress might be a bit soft for most people, but the bedroom is generally cozy. The bathroom needs a renovation; while they keep it clean, the moisture and age are definitely showing. The water pressure is extremely weak. We also didn't like the extra insurance charge fee required before check-in—at the owner’s discretion, I suppose"

"Gute Lage für South Beach, 2 min zum Strand, div. Restaurants ums Haus, Musik kann schon mal laut werden. Preis/Leistung gut. Alles unpersönlich, Kommunikation nur per Telefon. Waschmaschine im Hof, voll ausgestattete Küche, Parkhaus (20$/d) in 3 min."

"I liked that the kitchen cabinet was white. Sitting room is spacious. I could control AC unit. I didn’t like that I couldn’t meet a receptionist in person or a representative except through WhatsApp chat to lay my complaints. No one to talk to physically when there’s an issue like other regular hotels . I had to wait for a long time before my issue is fixed . It was terrible and frustrating."

"Unfortunately, our stay did not match what was advertised online. The photos on the website were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual property. The unit we were assigned was at street level, which did not feel very secure.
While the beachfront location is convenient, the area is extremely noisy both at night and early in the morning, making it difficult to rest. The apartment also does not have a balcony, which was disappointing and not what we expected based on the...
