Honestly as I’m good with any type of hotel, this trip was specifically for my lady to celebrate her birthday. From day 1 she’s been amazed with our stay here from the workers, to the structure of the building to the high floor we was given for our stay. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK WITHIN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS GOR MY BIRTHDAY! Thank you guys for the awesome stay!

Overall the property is nice, but the HVAC didn’t allow you to change the temp for more than an hour making the room hot and there were no ceiling fans to assist with airflow, I was on a higher floor and still all I could hear at night were sirens from outside, the blinds don’t really block the sun from coming into the room, none of which is ideal

Loved staying at the Flow hotel in Miami Worldcenter. The staff and residents around the building were super friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the furniture and common spaces are absolutely stunning. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the the rooftop pool and gym. They have a shop downstairs called The Flow Station which was a great place to grab a coffee and get some work done. That place was a vibe. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks to the Flow team for the hospitality and a great stay!

Overall I highly recommend this property.. the host is super attentive and available almost immediately. The apartment complex has great facilities and location. My only downside was the parking which is not included and can become very costly nonetheless the host provided us some recommendations.

Unit and property itself was beautiful and clean, but the parking situation is a joke! The valet people don’t know how to do their job and can’t even speak English. Tried to charge me $40 for parking with NO INS AND OUTS?!? Once I parked my car that was it. This was on art basel weekend so was imagine the chaos. They didn’t even try to rectify the situation. Luckily the front desk workers and unit manager were pleasant and agreed that the valet parking (which is a third party company) made no sense. When renting this property, a parking fob should be given. Do not book if you have a car!!!
