"Front desk staff lady was very accommodating in making same day reservation changes. The room was spacious and spotless. The swimming pool area was clean with lots of places to sit or lounge around the pool."

"Check-in was 3:00 pm, and my room was not ready. The front desk clerk had a friend there with her behind the desk and had her go check my room. When she came back, she said it was "cleanish". We took the room because we needed to change for a concert an hour away. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets, and each bed had only 1 pillow. There were what looked like blood stains on the wall. It could have been my fault that the room was not entirely clean, but when you have a reservation, I expected it to be ready, especially since I called ahead requesting an early check-in, and my reservation was confirmed."
