"The property is great everything from the pick up service from the airport to the service that offered to take you to the cruise port . The happy hour is absolutely amazing the front seat service was amazing!! The pool area beautiful, The room beautiful and lots of space. When I say I was impressed I will definitely booked here from now on everytime I cruise or even if I’m just staying in Miami . Thank you for making my stay great . Oh it was my birthday the front desk clerk was so nice to me ."

"We had an incredible stay at The Elser Hotel Miami! Our two-bedroom suite was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and offered breathtaking views of the city and bayside. The location was perfect—centrally located and convenient to everything Miami has to offer, making it easy to explore and enjoy our trip. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was amazing, welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Between the stunning views, beautiful accommodations, unbeatable location, and outstanding hospitality, The Elser Hotel exceeded our expectations! "We arrived there and the valet was very attentive and very helpful. I walked in and the hotel smelled very fresh and clean. Sign in was quick and pleasant and accommodating with what ever I needed. Everyone wanted to help me bring my bags to the room, that was nice. Went to the room super clean, smelled fresh, plenty of towels, bed was perfect. I asked for late check out they accommodated 3pm check out thank you. They have a free farry ride on the river very nice. Plenty of places to eat without having to drive anywhere, we had breakfast that was in the hotel and it was perfect 👌 👍. Thank you for an awesome stay. Not to far from the hotel was hard rock casino it was beautiful at night must visit."

"The staff were so kind and really made an effort to make our stay a good one!! The only thing we wish is that the room air would have been cooler. We had a full view of the ocean and maybe that affected the air conditioning not being strong enough to cool the room. The temp stayed around 78/79 during the day and well into the evening. But interestingly, the air blowing out the vent was cool. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and the location is near a lot of stores and restaurants. El Topical was recommended and we loved it!!"
