"Enjoyed not having to transfer to a hotel on travel day and then the next day transfer to the cruise terminal. Very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient Vienna restaurant-good food and good service. A bit pricy but expected at an airport hotel. Would do this again when cruising."

"The front desk person who received me when arrived was no help at all. Literally just asked for Id and gave me one key. Didn't provide me with any information of the facilities didn't even point out how to get to elevators. Once I arrived to my room the faucet knob to shower came clean off and water was filling tub fast. They came to fix it but left it muddy and I had to clean it myself. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I felt like it was a motel."

"WE arrived late for our reservation - that is 1130pm having been had a lengthy flight delay. There was a line a check in - no biggie -they were accepting vouchers with traveler's who had been disrupted- all good. We got with the reservationist at the desk and were told the room we had reserved wasn't available cause they were "oversold" - they had a different room - which we took. No big deal but why when you are accepting last minute reservations is my preferred room "oversold" - doesn't...

"The hotel was fairly clean. Location is not great as planes taking off until late into the night, very loud. Safe in room not functioning. Breakfast was also just okay, not much selection"

"Most staff does not speak English. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. The refrigerator was not cold despite being on the highest setting. We didn't have a car because we flew in. The walkability is not good because it is on a super busy street. There wasn't many choices. It was close to the airport. They provided shuttles from the airport and to the cruise ship. The drivers were super nice and helpful."
