"The staff was welcoming during check in and efficient during check out. The breakfast was a nice addition with the fresh fruit and other options. The hot tub was nice after a day of walking and the pool was refreshing. The rooms were good size and clean. Decent location right of I-55. I traveled with my 83 year old mother and my husband; we would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay was great! The room was nice, breakfast was delicious. The pool was awesome. Our two year old isn’t real fond of water but the 1 1/2 foot pool was perfect for her. She enjoyed herself, practiced swimming, played with a few pool toys. It was great! The complimentary popcorn and water with lemon in it was a nice touch we appreciated as well! We will definitely stay again!"

"Our stay was good, however someone was smoking weed and you could smell it coming out from the vents. Which irritated my allergies. The building could use some renovation, beautiful property with wore out Paint ect. A little TLC goes a long ways."

"My room was clean and neat. Staff was helpful. There was an odor that I noticed when I got off the elevator on my floor & that persisted in my room. It became less noticeable during the stay, but remained nevertheless. I sprayed Febreeze in my room & that seemed to help some. It seemed like some event that took a while to clear out, but I have no notion of what it was. It may be fine by now."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Let us know about Happy Hour and breakfast while checking in. Room was clean and comfortable. Workout room was very nice and all of the equipment worked. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffles available. Overall a great stay!"

"The pool experience was uncomfortable. The staff member doing rounds around the pool area was very rude and slammed the pool door very hard while we were still inside. Her attitude was not friendly or professional."

"This hotel is NOT what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. While the hotel is located conveniently off the highway, the state of the hotel is below what you would expect from an average Hampton Inn. The hotel appears to be 'under construction', but yet I didn't see anyone working on construction for the three days that we were there. Hallways were 'beaten up', with missing trim molding and loose wires exposed. The elevators are old and one of them made a lot of noise and shook when it went up or...

"This place listed a bar did not have one! No good walking distance restaurants! Potbelly closed at 4 went to CJ MUG staff was rude! On the way walking there had to past a BAIL bonding place with crazy looking people! NO BODY EVER MENTIONED THIS ON THE REVIEW! DID NOT FEEL SAFE! Did not walk that way again! Trying to avoid going in and out the garage! If you come back late NO SPOTS ON FLOOR F! You park any other level you had use the stairs! The STAIRS ARE SO SO SO NASTY I FELT UNSAFE LOOK LIKE...

"The staff was eager and enthusiastic about helping us get settled in our room and they were very welcoming and went above and beyond their jobs to make certain everything was great for our stay. The property was very nice and well maintained and clean and comfortable. The only thing that I could see that needed improvement was the breakfast menu and the kick back men’s need a wider variety of food options instead of serving the same meals daily, BORING."

"Relatively clean with good location to airport, you could tell it was older but the price reflected it. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but the pool was ok, again, older but in ok condition. Check in was quick. Biggest issue was some staff were short and borderline rude. Maybe it was a bad day or who knows but I got over it."
