"My first room only had scalding hot water in the sink. Maintenance addressed it so it was tolerable. My AC unit was very loud and I woke up middle of the night to a horrible screeching noise from the unit. I had to turn up the AC but it still took an hour to resolve. I reported it the next day and the front desk staff moved me to a different room for my second night. Much bettter experience. Overall the rooms are showing wear and tear. "

"The place was filthy. No place for my dog to potty. There was filth in the bathroom especially. The parking area was good. I repeatedly asked the staff to clean my room. When I arrived I entered the elevator and the door had bad stuff on the door. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Ever. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. In the room, there were noticeably missing paintings from the wall with the nails pulled out, the fixtures that were metal were all rusted from the lamps on the nightstands to the bars in the bathroom and the paint was peeling on the doors and...
