"This hotel waa unlike any Country Inn & Suites we've stayed at. Other than the foyer, the halls were painted a "concrete" gray with drab gray striped carpet giving a very institutional vibe ~ very depressing! The room had the same carpeting and we felt we had to wear socks and sandals at all times to walk around our room. This was a poor representation of Country Inn & Suites which usually gives a comfortable, cozy vibe."

"It is a basic room. The staff are helpful when you pointed things out such as the water bottle left in the room was open and used, the shower soap dispenser was empty etc. The staff were quick to fix the issues. All in all, it is what you would expect from the property. It may be the region but the value/$ is low. The room cost around $250/night"

"We stayed here for one night while visiting Corning. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean, and the innkeeper was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The accommodations weren’t as historic or charming as we’d hoped. The property could benefit from a bit of a refresh. That said, it was comfortable, served its purpose for a one-night stay, and offered good value thanks to its convenient...

"We didn’t know the hotel was doing renovations so our hallway was very noisy with fans. The rugs were being shampooed and cleaned in any empty rooms and hallway. But it could have been worse. We did have breakfast one morning in their dining room which was very good. The hotel was within walking distance to the Gaffer District and other sites in the area, very accessible."

"Room was not clean. Stains on sheets and comforters. Floor dirty as well as tub. I complained but nothing was done. On the second night we were there I asked for my room to be cleaned during the day and it was not done. I asked for towels and washcloths 3 times before I got them. AC was turned off in the room when we arrived, and it took about 4 hours for our room to get cool. I will never stay at this hotel again."

"The room was tidy. The A/C did not work well. There was only 1 blower setting.
When you come in late you have to ring for help to check in, which is fine, but the machines in the space blow heat and the room was sweltering
It is in a good location to where we needed to be.
This is a fine place to stop in an emergency. We just needed a place to put our heads.
There were plenty or outlets and USB plugs"
