Staff is very accommodating and made my son’s 18th birthday on Broadway super special. Upgraded us to a suite for free! And managed to get us early check in during a busy vacation week. 5th stay at the Edison and will never stay anywhere else in the city!

Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. Very helpful staff. The room being fully functional was great. There is so much good food, being able to store and reheat leftovers is useful. The rooms actually were a little bigger than I was expecting as well.
