"The bed was broken and needs replaced, the bedding was frayed. The hotel loby door is pin controlled, but reality was you don't need the pin as the door just opens, making the whole property insecure"

"All felt very dated. Walls and floors all paper thin, could hear everything from folks waking at 6am, with the addition of construction work right outside the window at 7:30am. Rooms, whilst clean, were basic and tired, and far too warm with no ability to adjust temperature. Pay and display parking (with no guest discount) is a bit odd too. Not sure what grants this a 4*, but it certainly isn’t. Get what you pay for. "

"The location was great and the area quiet. Convenient to train and bus, grocery, and local interests. Property was ok in cleanliness (white grout and subway tile require a LOT of maintenance) and the modern updates were poorly installed. Far too many bric-a-brac to keep dusted. Comfortable and spacious. "
